By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
Raise More is a web application designed for political candidates to efficiently track donors and recruit new ones through calltime. The Service provides best-in-class tools for political fundraising, including a fundraising database and calltime dialer. Users can sync ActBlue, import outstanding pledges, and initiate calls within two minutes.
You must be at least 18 years old to access and use the Service. By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
To use the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
3.2 Compliance with Laws and Policies
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party policies while using the Service. You are solely responsible for your conduct and the content you transmit through the Service.
You must not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:
Violating any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any related systems or networks.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service.
Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
The Service and all its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Raise More and are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not permit you to use our trademarks, logos, or service marks without our prior written consent.
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms or services such as ActBlue, NGP, Numero, or Calltime.ai ("Third-Party Services"). Your use of Third-Party Services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We do not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for any Third-Party Services.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Raise More or its directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Raise More and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Service. By continuing to access or use the Service after the effective date of any modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
